Saturday marked the first annual Dialogue on Diversity and Racial Reconciliation at Rochester College. It was an incredible first step to bridging the chasm between African American and Caucasian Churches of Christ in the metro Detroit area, a world permeated and defined by a horrible and torrid racial history of segregation, racism, and riots.
I was blessed to serve as a group facilitator during the dialogue. It is a grace to be a part of this movement of God to tear down the dividing wall that is between blacks and whites in this area. I am honored to serve with a group of godly and humble women and men who are ready to answer the call to unity in Christ, to embrace the biblical story of racial reconciliation in Christ, instead of the stories our historians and thought leaders in society.
More to come, I just wanted to whet your appetites...

Hey Eric! I was just thinking the other day..."What ever happened to Eric and Natalie?" And then I stumbled across your blog! I hope things are going well! Tell Natalie I said hi!

Good stuff bro. Glad to hear about a movement of God that is tearing down artificial walls. Hope all is well for you and your wife.
Hey Guys! We miss you down here. Congrats on your first year, but I still (sniff, sniff) miss you guys. Give lots of love to your wife.
